How Long does it take to ship my order?

All orders placed before 3pm GMT are sent out the same day.  We aim to send out your order promptly so that you receive your items as soon as possible.  

How can I track my order?

All orders are sent using postal services such as Royal Mail, Hermes and others.  All orders are sent using a tracked and signed for service to give you piece of mind.  You will receive an email with your parcel tracking number once your order has been sent.  You can track your order on the courier site your order has been posted through.  

Do you fraud check all orders? 

We have secret proprietary technology and methods on how we check orders for fraud, we will say that we start by checking the following pieces of information:

  • IP address
  • Credit card details
  • Matching billing/shipping addresses

In some cases, particularly with international orders, we will first contact the customer before shipping out their package to them to verify their identity.

Are there any rules for returns?

Orders shipped within the UK return must be initiated within 14 days of purchase

Orders shipped outside of the UK return must be initiated with 14 days of purchase

When will I receive my refund? will issue your refund as soon as your returned item is received and passes inspection. with issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

Delivery times does not take any responsibility for any other loss an order undelivered on time may cause.  On the rare occasion that your order is delayed through the postal system. are not responsible for postal delays and the customer must approach the postal service customer services directly to raise any queries the customer may have regarding the delayed delivery of their order

International Shipping

The customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees, and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that don't allow us to insure shipments within their borders.
